Tune alert!!!! The Chemical Brothers are back in a big way. Not only have they set out on tour again with their massive live show but have capped off the “Electronic Battle Weapon” series with tenth entitled “Midnight Madness.” Erol Alkan has been using it as the intro to his sets recently and the other lucky few who have copies of this are all raving about it. Pete Tong had the Chemical Brothers on his show a week ago and played the track. This is going to be one of the top tunes of the year! Give it a listen and judge for yourself. A limited run of British test pressings were released today. Get them while you can!!

A flux of music hit our inbox this week! This one is from Alan “Hostage” Parley. We have showcased some of his previous productions here with great fanfare. His tunes continue to garner lots of love from the electro and house sets. His latest is entitled “Sorry” and is an electro monster! Lots of feedback and a distinctive b-more undertone. Very limited download opportunity for this new remix by American “fidget” house producer Bryan Cox. The good folks at Crux Records were kind enough to send this over to promote the Headshotboyz single “Exodus.” This one has a darker feel to it and will be sure to prove any sound system’s limits. There was a radio rip making the rounds and a few higher quality versions of the track being posted on some big blogs in the past couple of days. We just received the official final version of the remix and are loving it! The Justice boys nailed this one. Taking MGMT’s already dance floor friendly tune and giving it a french touch.
Although very similar to the video for “Robot Rock”, its still fun to watch.
